Near the end of a long career in politics, photography provided me with a creative outlet. I started traveling the globe with my camera in-tow hoping to capture amazing landscapes, waterscapes and unique faces. I’ve always had a love for photography, but I truly fell in love with my camera and the art I began to create during this time. I was then offered a rare opportunity to apprentice for a world renowned photographer in New York. This chance of a lifetime was the best thing to ever happen to me, I soaked up everything I could from him about photography and his love and passion inspired me. I also learned invaluable lessons about modeling, and fashion working with some of the top designers and models in the industry. My focus on portrait and fashion photography grew stronger each day while I was in New York. The experience created a fire inside me to open a photography studio in Dallas that would allow me to share with my community a unique photographic experience. This was the most fulfilling decision I’ve ever made and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
